Demi looked at Victoria with a confused expression.

"Ms. Demi, this is Dr. Victoria Hoss, the director of the hospital," Felix took the initiative to introduce them.

"Hello," Demi said with a nod and said nothing else. She knew Victoria didn't trust her at all because of how young she was. However, she didn't think she had to prove how capable she was. Instead, her capabilities would come to light when the time came.

Victoria turned to Benedict. She wanted to see just how capable Demi really was.

Time slowly ticked away, and everyone except Demi was feeling anxious. Suddenly, Benedict groaned a little, and he opened his eyes slowly. "It looks like I've lived to see another day," he said with a smile and a sigh.

When he saw Demi standing next to him, he was a little stunned. Then, he said, "So, you saved me again, huh?"

She just smiled and said nothing.

"Mr. West, Ms. Demi was the one who saved you," Sean said excitedly.

Meanwhile, Victoria was stunned. She couldn't believe a young lady had actually succeeded in saving Benedict's life. With that thought in mind, she started wondering who Demi really was. Demi had to be capable enough for Seamus to invite her all the way there to treat Benedict.

Earlier, Victoria thought Demi wasn't capable at all because of how young the latter was. At that moment, Victoria felt incredibly ashamed.

Suddenly, Felix turned to Victoria. "Dr. Hoss, we need to talk to Ms. Demi for a while…"
