A Second Life, A New Power novel Chapter 125

"I got it." Sam and George waved to everyone and rowed the boat away eagerly.

Soon, the boat was far away.

Both men were professionals.

"Demi, you're so young but nosey; you keep worrying about things." Maria held Demi's arm.

Hearing that, the latter fell silent.

She felt like a 300-year-old woman. Since she was a strong and capable senior in the team, she felt a need to protect everyone.

"Let's find some seafood. Let's speed up so the other two can come back quickly," Demi replied.

Half an hour later, Demi paused as she caught a crab. Then, she closed her eyes and sensed her surroundings.

Three seconds later, she yelled at Sam and George, "Come back! It's fine now!"

Previously, she had a gut feeling that a storm was about to happen. However, at that moment, she was very certain that it would occur.

"What's going on? They are so far from us, so they won't be able to hear what you said!" Maria looked over.

Just then, they heard two voices yelling back at them.

Yet, Maria couldn't hear what they were saying.

"They probably couldn't hear what you were saying. After all, they are so far from us," Maria said again.

Unbeknownst to her, Demi was able to communicate successfully with the two men, so she heard what they said.

George yelled, "We'll be back a while later!"

Meanwhile, Sam shouted, "There are many fishes here!"

Demi shouted, "Waves are going to appear soon! It's dangerous! Come back!"

"Is that so?" Hearing that, Maria, Chad, and Tyler stood up. They looked at the calm sea in confusion.

"Okay!"
