Go Back and I Rule There novel Chapter 19

Mr. Lee's assumption wasn't meant to be demeaning.

It was just that the Martinez family had always been low-key, avoiding ostentation.

None of the young masters ever revealed their family name when they went out to make their own way in the world.

This trip to Sol was solely to bring Ms. Martinez home, not to draw attention.

That had been a close call. He had honestly thought he’d exposed Chairman Martinez's identity.

Many prominent families in Sol were desperate to curry favor with the Martinez family. If they knew the Chairman was here, he would never get any peace to recover.

He couldn’t let the Chairman’s identity be leaked on his watch!

Rosalind saw everything but said nothing.

Doctors have an obligation to protect their patients' privacy.

Regardless of his status, to her, he was just another patient.

However, Rosalind was a bit puzzled. Why would the Martinez family be searching for their long-lost daughter in AMO Community?

Before she had time to ponder it further, the car stopped at Prax Medical University.

In VIP room 601 of the inpatient department, Mr. Martinez lay in bed, his brow furrowed. He was delirious with fever, coughing constantly and murmuring, “Rose… where are you? Grandpa misses you so much…”

The Martinez family's personal physician was highly skilled, but even he was baffled by these symptoms.

Seeing Mr. Martinez slip into unconsciousness, he began to panic and urged the hospital to summon Dr. Gonzalez immediately.

As an award-winning international expert, she would surely have a solution!

Grace was still fuming about the Cadogan Practice incident. When the hospital called her in for overtime, her tone was sharp. “Have them register first. Do you really think just anyone can get a consultation with me?”

“Dr. Gonzalez, it’s like this: the old gentleman is very ill, and his symptoms are quite unusual. I’m afraid his life might be in danger.”

Grace scoffed. “Then refuse treatment. Tell him to go to another hospital!”

“That doesn’t seem right…” the junior doctor on duty couldn't help but say. “We have a duty to treat urgent cases.”

Grace sneered, “Are you trying to tell me how to do my job?”
