Demi, unable to cure Josh? That was impossible. Demi couldn't help but chuckle to herself.

Just as she was about to speak, Margaret continued, "I was thinking, we could let the William family bring Mr. William here. Then, you secretly heal him. If he recovers, that will be great. If not, I'll say I tried some secret method; if they try to blame anyone, they can blame me.

"I'll also get a witness and have them sign an agreement."

Demi thought to herself that practicing medicine without a license was still illegal. If she got caught, witnesses and agreements wouldn't help. However, Margaret's suggestion could save her a lot of trouble for now.

Demi nodded and said, "Alright, Grandma. Have Mrs. William send him over."

Upon hearing this, Margaret breathed a sigh of relief.

"I'll go tell her now," Margaret replied as she hurried out of the room.

Demi instinctively followed her, but Margaret immediately stopped her and said, "Stay here. I don't want them to suspect you're involved."

Upon noticing Margaret coming out of the room and back into the courtyard, Catherine immediately rushed over and cried, "Mrs. Moone, please tell me how we can cure Josh!"

Margaret took another deep breath, and then she led Catherine to sit on a small stool in the courtyard. She also gestured for Audrey to join them.

"Mrs. Moone, no need for all the formalities. Just tell Catherine your solution," Audrey said as she sat down.

Margaret took another deep breath and said, "Alright, I'll stop beating around the bush. Bring Josh to my place. I'll try to treat him."

Margaret was going to treat Josh? Both Audrey and Catherine were in shock to hear that.
