A Second Life, A New Power novel Chapter 410

Demi was just about to leave Moran Academy for lunch when a girl rushed into the classroom and threw a note onto her desk.

Demi unfolded the note and read it. "Want to know who bullied your little brother after you left Lindton Middle School? If so, come to the second floor of Honors Billiards Club. Alone."

Demi narrowed her eyes, pocketed the note, and headed out.

"Demi, we'll walk with you to the junior high section for lunch," Kinley and the rest called after her.

Charles had gone to the hospital for a leg checkup during the last period and hadn't returned yet.

"No need. I've got something to handle. Go eat with Timothy instead," Demi said.

Everyone nodded in acknowledgment. "Okay."

"Where are you going? Want me to come with?" Kinley offered eagerly.

Charles had ordered them to keep an eye on Demi to make sure no one messed with her.

Demi shook her head and declined, "No need. I need to handle some personal matters."

"Okay, but call us if anything comes up." Kinley made a phone gesture at her.

Demi soon arrived at Honors Billiards Club. The moment she stepped inside, the door slammed shut behind her. She tilted her head slightly but didn't bother looking back, her focus fixed on the five figures waiting ahead.

At the front stood a familiar face—Erika. She was Rebecca's daughter, Larry's sister, and Demi's longtime nemesis.

"So it's you," Demi said, her lips curling into a sneer.

"Who else did you expect?" Erika hissed.
