"Demi, why can't we settle our personal grievances with one another after the filming? We're recording the show now." Thomas seemed angry and frustrated.
"Why should I spare you the humiliation just because we're on television?" Demi shot back coldly.
After seeing that, Nigel and others were afraid that she would be bashed online later on.
"Ana, this is my fault. I was too clumsy and used an entire box of matches to light the fire earlier. Now, there are only three boxes left after giving Mr. Yale and Chad two boxes while using one box up by myself," Maria added earnestly while frowning.
Actually, when she couldn't light the matches the first few times, Demi had taken them from her and lit them instantly. In the end, they had used seven matches.
However, she had to come up with an excuse so that the other party could avoid further embarrassment.
In the meantime, Thomas fell silent. He didn't know if Demi had intentionally refused to give the matches to him or if she had really used them up.
"I'll check the pot," Demi told Maria before heading back to the kitchen.
"How are we going to eat?" Thomas grumbled, looking at Sanders unhappily.
Actually, he was furious with Demi. At first, he didn't want the latter to be bullied, so he had wanted to switch roles with the person who had received the matches from Demi.
However, it seemed as if Matt had taken precautions because he declared that the rest of them could only trade matches with Demi. Even if they managed to get the matches, they couldn't share it with another person.
In the end, Matt had said, "So, everyone must play the game seriously. If you win a prize, you won't have to beg others for help."
After hearing Matt's instructions, Sanders Whitley said to Thomas, "Mr. Pitt, Mr. Hahn gave you two choices. The program crew will cook two packs of instant macaroni for you, or you can ask the others to offer you some food."
Meanwhile, Thomas blinked and became angry. "But, we don't have electricity or matches. How can we cook instant macaroni?"
Most importantly, Ana hated the smell of instant macaroni. She was disgusted by it.
"Then, you can ask others for food," Chad suggested.
