What kind of ridiculous nonsense was this?
Charles quickly hit pause.
"Play it. I wanna hear what they're saying about me behind my back," Demi said, completely unfazed.
Charles hesitated for a moment but still pressed play.
"Alright, stop talking about her. I don't know how she entered our school either," a girl said, sounding helpless.
Demi instantly recognized Ana's voice.
"Obviously, she found herself a sugar daddy! She's kinda decent-looking, and you know how some fat, disgusting perverts love girls her age."
"I saw a Bentley that picked her up the other day! It probably belongs to her sugar daddy."
Charles fell silent.
Oh, come on! This was infuriating!
He was so pissed he nearly jumped out of his seat.
Talking crap about Felix's girl was one thing, but talking crap about Felix himself? What the hell was "fat, disgusting pervert" supposed to mean?
Was Felix fat? Was Felix a pervert?
Felix was damn good-looking and righteous as hell!
The girls kept giggling and whispering, making up even more nonsense about Demi.
Before the video even finished playing, another message popped up from his friend.
"Charles, should we do something about this? I mean, they have the right to say whatever they want, but this is just way out of line."
"Girls care the most about their reputation. Spreading rumors like this is just vile."
"This is straight-up school bullying. Honestly, I think it's worse than physical violence. Some girls can't handle being talked about like this, it can push them into depression or even suicide."
Charles didn't even bother replying to his friends. Instead, he kept his head down, furiously tapping away at his phone, his fingers hitting the screen so hard it made loud thud sounds.
First, he forwarded the video to Jacob. Then, he typed just three words, "Expel them all."
At that moment, Charles felt like he was channeling Felix's energy.
…
After finishing his meal and getting the information he needed, Derek left.
Outside the courtyard, his car was already parked and waiting.
Just as he stepped through the gate, a lean, middle-aged man exited another vehicle nearby and strode toward him.
It was Jacob, the principal of Moran Academy.
