A Second Life, A New Power novel Chapter 134

"Now, I'm more curious about why Madam Wellington wouldn't become a doctor with her amazing skills instead of picking up trash for a living," Felix asked while being in deep thought.

Soon after that, he answered himself, "I think something is troubling her greatly, and that must be why she didn't become a doctor. So, if we go there right now, there's no way she'll admit to having any medical skills."

"In that case, let's just talk to her and ask her some questions. Then, we can do our best to understand what has been troubling her. After all, we won't be able to guess much if we just stay here." Sean was a little anxious.

"Sean, calm down. I've been sick for years, so it won't matter if we wait for a while longer," said Benedict as he tried to calm Sean down.

However, it mattered a lot to Sean. After all, Benedict was in serious danger, and he could die at any moment if he was agitated. The longer they waited, the riskier it would be for him!

"What do you think, Felix?" Seamus asked.

"I would like to talk to this miraculous doctor myself," said Felix.

Although Benedict looked calm, it was true that he couldn't wait any longer with his condition. The more they waited, the more danger he would be in. Even though he wasn't saying anything about it, he was actually in a lot of pain.

"Let me go with you," Sean said immediately.

"In that case, I'll tag along as well. There's bound to be a lot for us to talk about when we're both doctors," Seamus said after thinking about it for a moment.

"Well, I guess a patient like me should go as well. Who knows? Maybe this miraculous doctor might feel sorry for me and cure me right there and then," Benedict joked with a chuckle.

"I think it's a good idea for you to tag along," Seamus said with a nod.

"Well, let's get going now!" Sean said anxiously.
