A Second Life, A New Power novel Chapter 122

Everybody panicked once Ana fainted.

"Is there a doctor here?"

"Someone fainted!"

The guests and the staff yelled for help.

Just then, two people wearing white lab coats rushed over and inspected Ana.

"She must be suffering from low blood sugar. We'll put her on an IV drip," the doctor declared, directing the staff to bring her into the employees' tent.

The rest of the guests followed after them anxiously.

Thomas was extremely worried. He asked the doctor, "Will my sister be alright?"

"She just has low blood sugar. Don't worry, everybody," the doctor replied.

Less than five minutes later, Ana woke up.

"Ana fainted. Shouldn't we get her something hot to eat?" Nigel frowned and looked at the staff.

"I'll get it for her now," a staff member replied and headed out quickly.

A moment later, the staff passed Ana some hot porridge. "I warmed it up by the fire just now. The temperature should be fine. Ms. Ana, please eat it first."

While he spoke, he opened the food for her.

"Thank you." As Ana took the porridge wearily, she sipped it and frowned.

"Ana, are you feeling unwell?" Sally asked in concern. She added, "Why didn't you let Demi treat you earlier? Were you worried about your skills?"

On the other hand, Wendy fell silent.

Since Sally didn't know what happened between Demi and Ana, she simply thought Ana didn't trust Demi's skills due to her young age.

Yet, Wendy knew that there was a conflict. Though she wasn't sure what it was about, she knew it was a serious issue.

Then, Ana smiled weakly. "It's fine."

"Should we get the two doctors to do needling therapy on Ana? It's more effective than taking medicine!" Sally looked at the two doctors.

Hearing that, the two doctors looked awkwardly at them.
