A Second Life, A New Power novel Chapter 105

Wendy was worried that Ana would voice another differing opinion, forcing everyone into another round of discussion and wasting time!

After spending some time together, Wendy had figured out Ana. She was a rather self-centered girl who was likely spoiled at home.

Ana pursed her lips as tears formed in her eyes, but she forced herself not to show grievance.

She had noticed that Wendy seemed to have something against her. When did it start? Was it when she insisted on taking seasonings instead of the multifunctional shovel? Or was it when she refused to trade the seasonings for fire-starting tools?

Or perhaps when she realized Demi knew how to start a fire, but she didn't?

The group continued heading north.

Nigel and Wendy frequently took photos of the wild fruits they encountered and sent them to Demi for identification.

Some of these fruits were asked about before, but Demi still patiently responded each time.

During this time, Demi also sent Wendy pictures of herbs and explained how to identify them.

"Got it. We'll send you pictures to confirm once we find them. Thanks, Demi," Wendy sent a voice message.

Ana couldn't help but glance at Wendy.

"Demi sent me some herb pictures. Take a look so we can recognize them later. We'll send her photos if we find them. And we can eat them if they're right," Wendy said.

Everyone immediately gathered around, except for Thomas and Ana.

Thomas wanted to join but chose to stay put after glancing at Ana.

"Alright, I got a good look. I'll search carefully later," Tyler said confidently.

"Mrs. Yale, send the pictures to my phone. I don't want to forget later," Sally said.

"Sure, I'll send them to all three of you," Wendy replied as she sent the images.

As for Thomas and Ana, since they didn't want to participate, Wendy didn't bother forcing them.

The group continued searching for wild fruits while keeping an eye out for the herbs in the pictures.

"Oh! Look, coconut trees!" Sally pointed excitedly at a cluster of tall trees ahead.

"Wow! They are coconut trees!" The group immediately grew excited.

"But they're so tall! Can anyone climb trees?" Sally looked at Tyler and Thomas expectantly.

"I'll give it a try." Thomas clapped his hands and walked toward the shortest coconut tree.
