Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 919

Xavier's arrival screwed up the Hanson ladies' plan and made the equity transfer agreement a no-go.

After the meeting, Xavier rolled Mr. Hanson out. When he got past Yvonne, he stopped and said icily, "You know what? I wasn't planning on coming back. If you could just keep your nose clean, I wouldn't have cared about handing the Hanson family over to you. But you tried to harm Estelle, and that's where I draw the line."

Yvonne was taken aback, staring at Xavier.

She sneered, "So you didn't come back for your father, but for Estelle."

Xavier replied coldly, "When my father chose you and your mother over my mother, he should've seen this coming. It was his choice, why should I feel sorry for him?"

Simon heard their conversation, his body shuddered, and tears welled up. Without saying anything more, Xavier pushed him away.

Yvonne was so angry that she turned ashen, clenching her fists so hard that her nails dug into her flesh.

Mrs. Hanson asked Yvonne in surprise, "What does Gonzalez mean? Who is Estelle?"

"None of your business." Yvonne, full of resentment, answered coldly before storming off.

Two days later, the annual Evan Movie Festival took place in J City.

Yvonne won the best actress award for her previous film.

Just as she was about to give her acceptance speech, a bunch of bodyguards stormed into the venue and blocked all the exits.

The actors and actresses in the audience all wore surprised expressions.

"Ms. Sampson!" Yvonne glared at Magdalen, "Watch your language, or I'll sue you for defamation."

"Slap!" Magdalen slapped Yvonne, causing her head to snap to one side.

The slap stunned the room into silence. Everyone was astonished, they didn't expect Ms. Sampson to be so bold and actually hit her.

Magdalen, the heiress of the Sampson family, and Yvonne, not just an actress but a real heiress.

But in front of Magdalen, Yvonne's powerful aura seemed utterly insufficient.

With a cold gaze, Magdalen said softly, "Yvonne, that slap was on behalf of Estelle."
