Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 532

Estelle followed Inman back to the office, and Inman laughed, "It seems like everyone wants to be famous, huh!"

Mr. Mayfield's movie must be a classic. Once it was released, the costumes and character designs would definitely be the talk of the town.

This was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and usually big shots like KING or director Sophia would be chosen. But since they were all busy this time, the chance fell to others. No wonder Alice and Miya were fighting tooth and nail for it!

Estelle asked, "What about you? Do you want this opportunity?"

Inman chuckled lightly, "Honestly, who wouldn't? But I have to admit, I am not as good as Alice when it comes to designing dresses!"

Estelle smiled warmly, "If you want it, why not give it a shot? I can design dresses too, you know. We could collaborate!"

Inman faintly smiled, "You're quite confident, huh? But liking something and being professional are totally different things!"

Estelle laughed, "How will we know if we don't try?"

Inman raised an eyebrow, "You have a point. We can give it a go. It's all about joining in, right?"

Estelle nodded, "I'll help with studying the script!"

"Great!" Inman opened his design software and frowned, "This software needs an update. The layering is always subpar and the character composition isn't three-dimensional enough."

Estelle went over and glanced at it, nodding, "You're right. We should get a new one. I have a friend who is a computer science major. I can ask her to help improve it a bit."

Carmella was also there making copies and smiled when she saw Estelle, "Sister, did you go back to C City for Thanksgiving? I wanted Mom to call you and invite you home, but it turns out you weren't in J City."

Sometimes, Estelle admired Carmella's ability to act as if nothing happened and pretend to be friends, only to stab her in the back and enjoy every second of it!

Estelle looked at her emotionlessly, "Is it because you know you're fake that you're so insecure? You're always worried that everything you have now could disappear at any moment, right?"

Carmella's face turned cold as if she heard something hilarious, "Lose? Dad and Mom never think I'm not their own child. What's there to be afraid of?"

Estelle's eyes were cold, "If they're good to you, cherish it. Flaunting it in front of me only makes me think you're scared!"

Carmella sneered, "If you were a mother and had one outstanding daughter and one mediocre one, who would you prefer? You pretend not to care, but do you really not miss home? So I suggest you better be nicer to me. Maybe I'll put in a good word for you with Mom, so she might think of you occasionally and let you come home to visit!"
