Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 301

Estelle gave Jonathan a slight nod and got up to leave.

Charlie sat in Estelle's spot with a meaningful smile, "Wow, that is indeed different!"

Josiah looked up, "What's the difference?"

Charlie just smiled and didn't say a word.

Jonathan's phone rang, and he ignored Charlie's mockery. He grabbed the phone and went to answer the call.

As soon as Jonathan left, Josiah's expression faded, and he poured himself a glass of wine, "Bro, what's the deal between Jonah and that Estelle girl just now?"

Charlie looked up at him, "Anyway, just be polite to Estelle when you see her in the future!"

Josiah snorted, "Jonah will flip on me for a girl?"

Charlie stopped smiling and said seriously, "You better take my words to heart!"

Josiah looked surprised, "Jonah really likes her?"

He frowned, "What about Yvonne?"

Charlie's gaze deepened, whispering, "Yvonne chose to give up on Jonathan herself!"

"But Jonah likes her so much..."

Josiah was interrupted by Charlie as soon as he opened his mouth,

"Don't ask me who Jonathan likes! All I know is, if Yvonne doesn't come back soon, she'll lose Jonathan for good!"

Josiah didn't say anything, his face darkening. He finished the glass of wine. After a while, he spoke in a deep voice, "If Jonah ever gets married, I only recognize Yvonne! She never gives up on Jonah, she will come back!"

Estelle returned to the break room, read for a while, and soon she received the money transfer. It was the chips she had just won, and Charlie had someone help her exchange them for cash.

That's like a whole year's salary at Midnight Bar.

Estelle raised an eyebrow, knowing that Charlie was actually using this way to apologize to her for Josiah. After all, most of the money she won was from Josiah.

With these little tricks, no wonder Charlie could win the hearts of so many girls. He really has the skill.

The driver turned the car around and headed towards the Royal Mansion.

As Charlie went upstairs, he glanced at the watch on his wrist; it was already past midnight.

He was craving Emily's cooking and wanted to have her cook some late-night snacks for him, but it was so late that he hesitated whether to disturb her or not.

Upon entering, the living room lights were off. The bedroom door was left ajar, and a faint light seeped out through the gap.

She wasn't asleep yet; did she just get back?

Charlie removed his suit jacket and called out, "Emily?"

No one answered from inside. He walked towards the bedroom, knocked on the door, and called again, "Emily?"

Still no response. Charlie frowned, gently pushed open the door, and walked in. Nobody was in the room, but the sound of water came from the bathroom.

She was taking a shower!
