Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 1485

"Hey there, Estelle!"

Estelle responded with a smile, "Congrats, Sallie, I saw a ton of support for you online."

"Did you check out my designs?" Sallie asked in a mixture of anticipation and nervousness. "What do you think?"

Estelle, having been swamped for the past two weeks, replied regretfully, "I haven't had the time yet, but I'll definitely give them a thorough look after this busy period."

"Alright!" replied Sallie, nodding with a faintly gloomy look in her eyes. "It's a bummer though, I've always been overshadowed by Carmella. I have to admit, her designs are better than mine."

Hans frowned, asking, "Is Carmella really that good?"

Sallie sighed, "I'm surprised myself. How did she suddenly become so talented and capable?"

"Perfect clothes design requires a harmony with the wearer's personality, body shape, skin color and more. Perhaps Carmella and Heather have a better connection, she's found Heather's highlights, so her designs have a more dazzling effect. Don't rush, talk more with Amber and focus your design on her features," Estelle spoke slowly.

Sallie seemed thoughtful, as if she'd gained some inspiration. "I got it, I'll give it my best shot."

The three walked into the banquet hall together, where Sallie introduced her parents to Estelle. Leonie, seeing how much her children liked Estelle, warmed up to her, greeting her with a friendly smile. "Estelle, just off work?"

Estelle nodded, "Yes."

"It must be tough working on a film set. If you ever encounter any difficulties in life or work, feel free to share with me. Regardless of what others think, I'll always treat you as family," Leonie said with a smile.

Estelle smiled, "Thank you."

Sallie, hooking her arm with Leonie's, laughed, "Mom, when did you become so understanding? It's a bit strange for me."

"Was I not good before?" Leonie laughed back.

But after four episodes aired with no reaction from Estelle, Carmella started feeling relieved. Maybe the designs weren't Estelle's after all, so she had no reason to challenge Carmella.

But if Estelle didn't create those designs, who did?

Estelle's sudden appearance at the celebration was unsettling for Carmella.

Bennett said, "It's good she came. My dad had wanted me to invite her since she's part of the Macclain family."

Simone crossed her arms, holding a glass of wine, and scoffed, "Leonie's always been against us, now that she's with Estelle, they must be up to no good!"

Carmella shifted her eyes, "You don't think she's trying to stir up trouble, do you?"

"She wishes! If she wants to stir up trouble, she better have the skills!" Simone retorted, dropping her arms and pulling Carmella along, "Let's go see what they're up to with your grandparents!"
