Everyone frowned in disbelief. What had started as a minor disagreement now looked like they were bullying her.
"Forget it. I'm outta here. You can all sort it out on your own," George snapped before turning and striding away.
"Hey, George! Come back! Don't throw a tantrum like a kid!" Herne called after him.
"Get it straight! Who's the one acting like a child?" George retorted over his shoulder before continuing on his way, one step after another.
His own cameraman recorded his departure, quietly urging him to slow down, but George was determined to keep moving forward.
Seeing George actually leave, Chad said, "You guys keep talking. I'll head out with George."
With that, he broke into a brisk walk after him.
Sam quickly followed suit. Herne, Caitlin, and both Alex and Thomas exchanged uneasy looks, while Ana remained rooted to the spot in the rain, silently weeping.
"Fine. I'm leaving too. Do whatever you want," Thomas said, turning to follow the others.
"Thomas!" Alex shouted angrily.
Michelle, who was watching the live stream, was furious. She was already upset at seeing the rude George leave, but now, Thomas was joining in. She swore that when Thomas got back, she would give him a piece of her mind.
How could he side with everyone else against Ana?

"Ms. Ana, stop crying. Let's go. I'm freezing!" Caitlin's face was pale. Her lips were blue, and her thin body was shivering in the cold rain.
"Ana, stop crying. The live stream viewers are watching," Alex said with a hint of helplessness in his voice.
"You're all so eager to meet Demi, but have you thought about how I feel? How did she treat me yesterday? You and Thomas too! Why should we go begging for her attention?" Ana sobbed.
"There's been a misunderstanding between us. That's why we need to clear it up!" Alex said, exasperated.
