Alex looked at Ana and then turned back to Demi to remind her, "Don't ask her to do anything outrageous."
Demi's lips curled into a smirk and then said, "Please say your biological parents' names."
If Alex hadn't said anything, she would have just given Ana a simple task. But since Alex had reminded her, she suddenly wanted to make things difficult for Ana.
The Pitt siblings fell silent, and so did everyone else.
"Annie chose 'dare,'" Alex reminded Demi with a forced smile.
"For me, this counts as a dare." Demi smiled coldly, with a hint of sarcasm that only a few could understand.
"Wait. How is saying your parents' names considered a dare?" Herne couldn't help but laugh.
"I meant her biological parents," Demi emphasized.
"Isn't it the same?" Herne kept smiling.
Demi turned to Ana, whose face had gone pale as she bit her bottom lip.
"Yeah. Why is telling us your parents' name a dare? Unless your parents have an unspeakable identity."
"Ana's parents are the ruler and his wife of a wealthy family."
"Why does Ana look so nervous about it?"
Meanwhile, Michelle, who was watching the livestream, was also as nervous as Ana.
"Demi is doing this on purpose!" Michelle mumbled, her face full of anger.
...
After a few seconds, Ana finally said, "My father is Stephen Pitt, and my mother is Michelle Leary."
Her voice trembled with just saying one simple sentence. Ana was afraid that Demi would expose her lie at any moment.
However, to her surprise, Demi just showed a small smile and said nothing.
"Okay. We're done. Ana, you're next," Herne reminded Ana.
Ana let out a deep breath, as if she had just been set free. She quickly reached out and spun the spoon.
"I think there's something wrong with Ana."
