After lunch, Demi and her team rested on the grass. Demi continued to read her math textbook on the side.
They placed the large leaf with freshly washed wild berries on the grass. The water droplets on the berries glistered, making them even more tempting to eat.
Matt lay there with his legs crossed, burping as he picked his teeth.
"I haven't eaten this kind of fresh, wild-tasting food in a long time. It was delicious," Matt commented.
"Haha! Mr. Hahn, I told you so. It's like going on a vacation if we follow Demi," Tyler replied gleefully while eating a roasted fish.
"You're not full yet?" Matt looked at him in surprise.
"I'm still growing. I need to eat more," Tyler replied while letting out a burp.
"That's enough, Tyler. Don't eat too much. If you like the fish, we'll go catch some more later," Nigel persuaded.
"Okay," Tyler answered vaguely as he continued to finish his fish.
"This place is nice. Why don't we camp here tonight? Let's rest for a while, and then we can find some flags. Maybe we can find a tent with it?" Nigel planned.
"There's no rush. It's still early," Matt replied with a chuckle. "Even if we don't have a tent, sleeping under the stars is also a nice experience."
"I'm afraid it might rain or the temperature might drop later. It's better if we have tents," Nigel said.
"That's true." Matt nodded in agreement.
...
After resting for half an hour, everyone got up and put out the fire. They split into four groups and set off to search for flags and resources. They agreed to meet back in an hour to merge the flags they found.
After an hour, Demi and Tyler returned not only with nine flags but also with the tent they had been hoping for.
After that, they merged the flags. Among the maps, two of them were already useless as Demi and her team had already found the resources marked on them.
