"There might be resources on the tree. Wait for me here." After Demi said that, she placed her bucket on the side and was ready to climb the tree.
"I'll do it, Demi." Tyler hurriedly put down the gift pack and stepped forward.
"It's too high up, so let me do it," said Demi.
Hearing that, Tyler was speechless. After all, he thought he should be the one doing it because the tree was tall.
"Ms. Demi, we have the ropes here, and you can have it first. Then, you can pay us back with the resources you get," a crew member said hurriedly.
"There's no need for that," she answered before she started climbing right away. The crew members were speechless, thinking how a skillful guest could trouble them as well.
Demi climbed the tree fast, and she reached the top in no time. It was more than 10 feet above the ground, and she found a huge nest there. Then, she climbed back down with one hand holding the nest.
The crew members were trembling in fear as they watched her from below, wondering if they should set up a safety mattress for her.
"Are those bird eggs, Demi?" Tyler asked loudly in excitement.
"They're chicken eggs. I guess the program crew left these up there," said Demi.
"Great! I knew we wouldn't go hungry by being on your team!" He was ecstatic.
Meanwhile, the comments were happy as well.
"Haha! Look at how happy Tyler is. He's grinning from ear to ear!"
"It's true that no one will be hungry if they're on Demi's team!"
"I don't have to worry now. It's actually a good thing that Connor is on Demi's thing. Come to think of it, there's no heavy work as well!"
Of course, it was one of Connor's fans who said that.
"Don't worry. Even if there is any heavy work, Demi can handle half of it herself!"
When Demi finally reached the ground, the crew members finally let out a sigh of relief.
"Let me carry them," Tyler said as he happily took over the nest.
Meanwhile, Demi carried her bucket with one hand and the gift pack in her other arm. Then, they returned to where they were before. When they reached their destination, Maria and Connor had already returned.
