To their surprise, however, Zivon didn’t seem upset at all. Instead, he simply rolled his wheelchair away… Unsure what to do, they simply followed him out.
Xavia herself continued playing her game for quite a while, and she was pretty happy just doing that… That is, until she met a brick wall. No matter which combinations she used, she simply couldn’t progress the story!
“Who on earth designed this plot…? Is the male lead unsatisfiable?!” grumbled Xavia to herself.
“Try the handmade dumplings in the fridge,” replied an unfamiliar voice…
Upon looking up, Xavia was greeted by the sight of a handsome gentleman with gold-rimmed glasses. She couldn’t remember who he was, of course, but she still felt like she had met him before. That aside, didn’t he look rather similar to the second main lead in her game…?
Since she wasn’t saying anything, the man was quick to add, “So you really have lost your memories… Don’t worry, I’ll just reintroduce myself. You can call me Keith Burton, and we were once good friends. Oh, and I’m Uncle Zivon’s nephew.”
Zivon had such a handsome nephew…? It took her a while, but she eventually got up and replied, “It’s a pleasure to meet you… Also, you’ve played this game before too…? And are you sure the main lead will actually like the dumplings…?”
Chuckling in response, Keith then said, “Since he’s used to eating delicacies, those dumplings would naturally be more special to him. Give it a try and see for yourself.”
Nodding at him, Xavia then did as he suggested… and thankfully, that seemed to work! Glad that she was finally able to progress again, Xavia was quick to reply, “Thank God! I was stuck at that part for ages! That aside, you must be great with games, huh? Any tips on how to level up faster? I really want the pink costume!”
