Lillian looked at him and rolled her eyes.
She really didn’t want to admit they were biologically father and daughter.
“He’s truly under Sabrina’s spell. If you’re going to make accusations, you need evidence. If you don’t have any, then shut up. Stephen, let’s go.”
With the Lancaster family here, she had more important things to attend to.
The Lancasters pointed at Martin, a clear warning for him to behave. They had cut ties, so he had better not bother Lillian again. Otherwise, the Lancaster family would back her to the very end.
Seeing the relationship between the two sides deteriorate, Brandon worried he would lose his connection to the Lancasters. Forgetting about his father, he left him with Colin.
“Colin, you take him home. I have something to do.”
With that, he chased after the Lancaster family.
Once outside, the Lancasters began chatting with Lillian.
“Why didn’t you let us know about something as big as being kicked out of the house?” asked an older uncle standing next to Stephen, his voice full of concern.
Lillian replied, “It’s a small matter that’s already been resolved, so what’s the point of talking about it? It’s just a waste of time, and we have more important things to discuss. By the way, how did you know I was here? How did you find me so quickly?”
Stephen chimed in, “You told us to come straight to your company. We asked the receptionist and found out you were here meeting with those three from the Mercer family.
“Lillian, whatever you want to do to get even, I’ll help you.”
The older man sighed. “Ever since the Mercer matriarch fell ill, that family has gone downhill.
“How did all of you end up coming at once? Won’t this disrupt things back home?”
Stephen said, “Not at all, of course not. When you invited us, everyone was so curious they couldn’t wait to come.
“So, we delegated our tasks at home and all came over together.”
Lillian was now cut off from the Mercers, both as in-laws and as her birth family.
Fortunately, she still had relatives.
Naturally, when she needed people for her growing business, the first ones she thought of were her own family.
