When Colin got home, he walked in just in time to see Martin joyfully spinning Sabrina around in his arms, his laughter echoing through the villa.
Colin froze mid-step, his left foot still in the air.
Was it really true? Was she pregnant?
Was the old man really going to have the child he'd been hoping for in his old age?
Colin thought to himself that Brandon's intuition had been spot on.
As he stepped inside, Martin was holding Sabrina and planting several firm kisses on her cheek.
"Oh, honey, we have company," Sabrina said. "Be careful. Careful of the baby in my belly."
The words "baby in my belly" made Colin freeze on the spot. His hand trembled, and he knocked over an antique vase from a nearby stand. It fell to the floor and shattered into pieces with a loud crash.
At that moment, Martin and Sabrina finally turned around.
Martin was so ecstatic that he had temporarily forgotten he was in the middle of a cold war with his two sons.
He turned to share the good news with Colin. "Colin, you're about to have another little brother or sister. Are you happy?"
Colin was speechless.
Sabrina, however, remembered that the father and sons had been arguing about this very issue. Seeing Colin now, she looked a bit awkward.
"Colin, you're back?" she said, her voice tinged with unease.
"You're... pregnant?" Colin asked.
"What do you mean, *we're* pregnant?" Martin corrected him. "Sabrina and I are having a baby. Colin, do you want a little brother or a little sister?"
