“Perhaps Marcus was killed because he found out about Marie's true parentage.”

Mrs. Lockwood looked at Natalie. It was a chilling thought.

Terence spoke up. “I hear Hanley is staying with the Wards now. Once Marie's identity is exposed, he won't be able to stay there. Should we go pick him up?”
