Caught Him Cheating My Life Restarted (Natalie) novel Chapter 380

Victoria’s expression soured as Marie continued to complain. The Cross family had spent a fortune on this wedding, and this was the attitude she got in return?

Marie glared at the pickup truck, but to her surprise, the staff didn't try to turn it away. Instead, a staff member came running toward them.

What was going on? Why hadn't they made the truck leave?

As soon as the staff member reached them, Marie snapped, "What are you doing? Can't you even get rid of a single pickup truck?"

"The driver said they're delivering a wedding gift from an honored guest you invited," the staff member explained nervously. "They said they can't leave until the gift is delivered."

"What?"

Marie's voice cracked with anger. Just then, the pickup truck drove up, followed by a smaller car.

When the vehicles stopped, several people got out and began unloading funeral wreaths from the back of the truck.

"What do you think you're doing?" Marie shrieked.

At that moment, the roar of a heavy motorcycle cut through the air, and Nicholas appeared before the crowd.

"This is a wedding gift from the Fairchild family," he announced. "These wreaths are made of paper, a token of our undying affection. Congratulations on your second marriage. May you two be tied together for eternity."

Marie was about to explode. Undying affection? Give me a break!

The Fairchild family sent funeral wreaths to her wedding. This was deliberate!

Natalie must have put them up to this, just to ruin her big day.

Marie was absolutely fuming.

Meanwhile, in the coffee shop across the street, Terence smiled faintly. "Quite a show, isn't it?" he said to Natalie.

They had arrived earlier and found the perfect vantage point to watch the "gifts" arrive and see the expressions on Marie and Victoria's faces grow uglier with each passing moment.

Natalie hadn't expected it to be this dramatic. She was glad she hadn't missed it.

"You knew about this all along?"

"I might have offered a few suggestions."

Natalie’s lips curved into a slight smile.
