When did this feeling start?
It seemed to be after that time they all got drunk.
Several times, she had wanted to ask West if she had done or said something inappropriate that night.
But how could she dare to ask?
After a moment's thought, Wendy answered honestly, "It seems like we've been talking less since we all got drunk that time."
She didn't need to hide anything from her best friends, nor did she want to.
"Holy crap, don't tell me you drunkenly forced a kiss on him!" Melody blurted out.
It was a classic trope in the romance dramas she filmed—a drunken kiss, pinning someone against the wall, or accidentally sleeping together.
Melody had originally wanted to ask if Wendy had slept with West, but on second thought, the chances of that happening were slim.
First, there were too many people in the house for something like that to go unnoticed.
Besides, even though Wendy might be uninhibited when drunk, West wasn't the kind of person to take advantage of someone.
When Marjorie kidnapped him and used that potent drug, he had managed to resist and not lay a hand on Wendy. Even the doctor had said that if he had held out for one more minute, he would have suffered permanent damage.
A man that upright wouldn't take advantage of a situation.
But Wendy, on the other hand...
The more Melody thought about it, the more convinced she became. She gave Wendy a meaningful look.
"Wendy, based on all the shows I've filmed, you probably made a move on West when you were drunk that night!"
"What? No way! Don't scare me like that. It's impossible. I might have been a bit wilder than usual, but I remember singing and dancing. I would never do something like that to West."
"Ask Nina if you don't believe me. We were drunk together that night, and she said we didn't do anything too crazy," Wendy said, tugging on Janina's arm for backup.
