Getting to his feet, the doctor then respectfully explained, “To clarify, Young Master Keith, the fact that it was a false pregnancy made it extremely easy to misdiagnose… Basically, when someone undergoes a false pregnancy, their body, blood results, and symptoms will undergo changes similar to what a woman would experience during an actual pregnancy…”

“What’s more, such a phenomenon only happens to one in ten million people, so I hadn’t considered the fact that the young lady would’ve had that experience… However, when you called me last night, I went through the samples that we collected the day before… and it was only after thorough analysis that I was finally able to come to this conclusion.”

The doctor made sure to be extremely detailed, and the fact that he truly looked apologetic was a sign that he wasn’t lying… Understanding that, Keith adjusted his glasses before leaving without another word… To his surprise, it didn’t take long before he bumped into Jenna.

Upon seeing him, Jenna herself was prompted to say, “Oh? You’re still in the mood to be here, Young Master Keith? Regardless, are you aware that Xavia ended up choosing the second option to save her grandmother?”

Staring indifferently at her, Keith simply replied, “That’s for the best, honestly. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ll be getting some fruit for the old lady.”

In the past, he was fine with her using him as a pawn since he was head over heels for her. However, after learning about Xavia, he was able to finally realize just how disgusting and hypocritical Jenna was.

Regardless, Jenna hadn’t expected Keith to remain this calm after finding out about that! With that, she chased him all the way to his car before growling, “Keith, don’t you realize that this is your best chance to make Xavia leave Zivon…?! Think about it, you can use the pregnancy issue to force her to leave! Once she’s single again, you’ll have all the chances in the world to woo her again…! Her statement momentarily stunned Keith. He, for one, knew quite a bit about Stefan and Xavia’s relationship… He was aware of how good Stefan’s background, capabilities, and status was… yet in the end, that man still failed to capture Xavia’s heart.

Realizing that Keith was now being a bit more hesitant, Jenna quickly added, “If you still wish to win her heart, then you’ll need to fight for it. Being chivalrous won’t get you anywhere, and again, please understand that chances like these don’t come every day!”
