She was quickly slapped by the cold, hard truth. Whatever the case was, she had her answer. Just as she was about to reply, however, Keith smiled before saying, “Since you needed so long to think about it, I already know your answer.”

Upon hearing that, Xavia quickly replied, “You don’t know a thing. He isn’t charming to me.”

“Oh? Is that so…? Well, your sister, for one, seems fully devoted to him…” replied Keith—who clearly didn’t believe her—in a slightly mocking tone.

His words momentarily stunned Xavia. It was all clear now! He had only been doing all this for Jenna to see! She was his target all along! This realization, however, made Xavia feel slightly irked. After all, it showed that she was still being used as a tool!

With that in mind, she rolled her eyes at Keith before retorting, “Regardless of whether she’s devoted to him or not, you should stay away from her. Just to make things clear, if you two do anything else, I won’t help her take the blame again.”

Following that, Xavia turned to walk further in, leaving Keith speechless again.

…Was she not even going to mince her words a little when the other two were still around? Thankfully, Zivon and Jenna didn’t seem to be looking at them. With that in mind, he quickly jogged over to Xavia’s side…

In order to preserve the antique items, the shop didn’t have air conditioning. Instead, all the windows were wide open, which led to cold air blowing inside from time to time. This, of course, made Xavia feel the urge to firmly clasp her hands together in an attempt to keep warm.

Seeing that, Keith removed his jacket and draped it over her shoulders again. Before she could refuse, he quickly said, “Just keep it on. There are bound to be paparazzi wherever Uncle Zivon is. With that in mind, if one of them catches a picture of you shivering right next to me, they’ll surely write about me mistreating you or something…”

…So be it! She was freezing anyway! Xavia, for one, didn’t really want to catch a cold. After all, if that happened, she wouldn’t be able to care for Yulia, and there was a chance that Yulia would get infected too. With that, she pulled the jacket closer around her shoulders before continuing to look for a gift…
