Xavia turned her head and she saw an extremely black and large wolfhound baring its sharp teeth as it rushed toward her.

Xavia was originally afraid of dogs, so her face instantly turned pale when faced with such a large dog.

“Ahh! Help!”

Xavia screamed before she jumped and threw herself directly into Zivon’s arms.

She grabbed his shoulders with both hands.

The posture was very direct and intimate without any gaps between them.

Zivon’s body tensed up. There was a knot in his throat as he said in a dull and low voice, “Let go. Go down.”

“I don’t want to. I am scared of dogs. This dog is so big and it will bite me to death.” Xavia continued clinging onto him and she didn’t dare to let Zivon go.

When she heard the sound of the dog barking which seemed to be right below her, Xavia hugged Zivon even tighter and desperately tried to climb up on him.

Zivon glanced at Blackie who was ferociously baring its sharp teeth at Xavia from the corner of his eye. A flicker of coldness flashed through his eyes as he said coldly to Xavia, who was clinging onto him, “What has it got to do with me even if it bites you to death? Get down.”

Blackie could feel Zivon’s emotions, and it instantly regarded Xavia as the bad person who harmed its master. It barked before biting on Xavia’s clothes and pulling hard.

“Ahh! Don’t! Help me!”
