"It's still really early for Daddy Noah. How about we call him a little later?"

Rhys's expression softened as he agreed. "Of course."

He was curious to see just how complicated this foreign model could be.

Clara sat on the sofa with a cup of tea, watching the two of them on the rug, engrossed in studying the model.

Something occurred to her.

Noah must have bought this train set a long time in advance. International express shipping from Zurich to Brighton City would take four or five days at the very least.

That meant he had probably arranged for this just days after arriving in Switzerland, perhaps while he was still adjusting to the time difference.

Clara sighed internally.

He glanced at the caller ID. It was his rookie.

Rhys's brow furrowed slightly as he stood up. "Felix, you try to find the wheel parts first. Daddy needs to take a call."

"Okay," Felix replied without looking up.
