Lilly gave her a slow once-over. “Lucas dumped you three years ago, but you still can’t get over him. I mean, it makes sense. Seeing all these influencers and bunny girls swarming around him must have you feeling insecure, right?”

Sarah’s cheeks flushed. She hadn’t expected Lilly to see right through her.

Lilly let out a cold laugh. “I never bothered you, so don’t come after me. I couldn’t care less about your drama. If you’re hoping to see me fall on my face, be careful, because you might end up being the punchline instead.”

Sarah was fuming. She’d always had it out for Lilly. Lilly had everything—a great family, a perfect background, and she was even prettier. Worst of all, even though Lucas had played the field these past three years, everyone knew Lilly was the one he liked the most.
