“Why didn’t you say so sooner?” Tiara gasped, already springing to her feet. “Goddess, everyone keeps treating me like I’ll shatter because I’m pregnant. They barely let me eat anything sweet anymore.” She grabbed Lylah’s hand dramatically. “A little cheating won’t hurt the baby, right?”

Lylah laughed softly as she rose from her chair, allowing Tiara to tug her toward the door.

“Only a little,” she warned.

But Tiara was already dragging her away.

Their laughter echoed through the hallways like bells, warm and alive, leaving the two males behind as though they no longer existed.

Ezra’s expression darkened immediately.

His wolf bristled with displeasure as he watched Lylah disappear around the corner yet again.

‘I warned you before,” he said coldly.
