His Housewife Had Secret Identities novel Chapter 748

Just then, a woman got out of Flynn's car, holding a baby in her arms. The baby was adorable, with smooth skin, big, dark eyes, and naturally curly hair, as cute as a porcelain doll. The child looked to be about a year old and couldn't talk yet, only babbling softly.

"Thank you, Hazel," Niamh said as she took the baby from the woman's arms. "Mama..." the baby cooed, the sound soft but remarkably clear. "Yes, Mama's right here," Niamh murmured, planting a kiss on the baby's soft cheek.

Standing nearby, Jonathan felt as if all the blood had been drained from his body. He froze on the spot, his fingertips turning ice-cold. That child... was Niamh's child. Niamh had a child?!

Jonathan's eyes widened, his pupils trembling violently. He couldn't convince himself that he was misunderstanding the situation. The expression on Niamh's face as she held the baby was one of a tenderness he had never seen before. It was the look of a mother—the raw, genuine emotion a mother shows only for her own flesh and blood.

Hazel stood by with a professional smile. She had noticed Jonathan but didn't know who he was or what his relationship with Niamh was. "Miss Kali, Marlin woke up and was crying for his mommy, so I had Mr. Sinclair drive us over."

"Okay, you can go home for the day. I'll take care of Marlin now," Niamh said, handing Hazel a tip. "Thank you, Miss Kali."

After Hazel left, Niamh got into Flynn's car with the baby. Flynn paused for a second before getting back into the driver's seat. The black Audi A6 drove past Jonathan, gradually picking up speed and leaving him far behind.
