Besides, even if I did, such a large transaction going through my bank account would easily tip off the shareholders and company insiders about my divorce."

He folded his hands on the table in a defensive, negotiating posture and looked at Emma calmly. "You know I'm a businessman," he said coolly. "I can't do anything that would be detrimental to my company."
