Sophia nodded, trusting Natalie’s word. “I’ll leave soon. I honestly can’t stand all those rules. I already have status and position. Shouldn’t I be able to do what I want? Look at Linda, she gets away with everything. Why is it so different for me?”

Linda was even wilder than Sophia. In their socialite circle, almost no one wanted to be friends with Linda. Sophia, on the other hand, had plenty of people around her. Sophia, on the other hand, was spoiled and only knew how to spend money. Whenever something went wrong, she’d run straight to her family for help instead of solving things herself. With that kind of attitude, there was no way Sophia could marry into a truly powerful family. She just didn’t have the brains or the emotional strength to handle all the drama.
