Abigail had just returned to the Gibson family when she heard Christian complaining, “Grandpa, are you really not giving Dani even a bit of the share? Everyone else in the family has them. How is she supposed to stay in the Gibson family after this?”

“If she feels she can’t stay in this house, then let her leave,” Gabriel said coldly, without hesitation.

Bianca said, “Wyatt, what Dani did was also a result of our poor parenting. Couldn’t you just punish her instead of denying her any shares? Couldn’t you give her a second chance?”

Bianca spoke up for Daniella as well. She and Gabriel had raised her as their own daughter–they couldn’t completely escape responsibility either.

“I already made myself clear. If any of you give your shares to her, I’ll take all of your shares back.” Wyatt refused to budge.

At that moment, Bianca saw Abigail appear in the living room. She immediately burst into tears and pleaded, “Abby, Dani is your sister, after all, Whether or not she gets shares reflects the Gibson family’s attitude toward her.”

“Christian, stop it. Daniella must’ve cried to you again to beg for shares.” Stephen cut him off, clearly annoyed.

Bianca immediately slapped Stephen across the face. “She didn’t do anything wrong! Stevie, Dani grew up playing with you–if no one else understands her, you should!”

“What do I understand? Ever since Abby came back, she’s been using me to hurt her?” Stephen sneered.

Abigail was once again filled with irritation. She silently walked over and sat beside Wyatt.

Seeing her upset expression, Gabriel said to Bianca, “Daniella ended up like this because of her own doing. The Gibson family has treated her well enough. What’s happened to her now is the result of her own twisted mindset.”

He said this deliberately for Abigail to hear. He needed to give her an explanation on behalf of the Gibson family.

At that moment, Daniella crouched in the upstairs hallway, clenched her fists tightly upon hearing Stephen and Gabriel’s words. She wanted to tell Bianca and Christian that she didn’t want the shares–but she couldn’t bring herself to say it.

“Abby, just sign your contract and ignore them.” Wyatt knew she hated scenes like this, so he handed her the contract meant for her.

Just as Abigail was about to take it, Bianca rushed over and tore the contract to pieces.

Wyatt’s gaze turned sharp.

Startled, Bianca’s hand trembled, and she stopped tearing. But she quickly burst into tears again, crying, “Wyatt, you can’t do this. You’re going to drive Dani to death! She’s already so pitiful-”

Before she could finish, Gabriel slapped her hard across the face. Bianca was hit so hard she fell against the table, and then collapsed onto the sofa.

This elegant and poised lady now had disheveled hair and sat sobbing with her hand covering her face. “Gabriel, even if you beat me to death, I won’t agree to Dani getting no shares!”

“Mom!” Christian immediately rushed over, helping her sit back on the sofa. He turned to Wyatt and said, “Can’t my mom and I just give a little of our dividend to Daniella?”

Wyatt said, “Warren doesn’t like her. Sebastian hates her. James won’t even speak to her. If you insist on giving her shares, then our cooperation

with them is off the table.”

He continued sternly. “If you all don’t accept this outcome today, then we’re all finished. I’m too tired to fight anymore.”

“Abby has so many shares. Can’t you just show some mercy?” Christian pleaded.
