Raising a slight brow, Jenna quickly turned her phone’s flashlight on before walking over to the window and looking out… However, no matter how hard she looked, there wasn’t any movement… Had she just imagined that…? Not wanting to think too much about it, Jenna then sighed before heading upstairs to get some rest…

Meanwhile, Xavia remained in the bush, though by this point, she had gone unconscious…! With heavy rain constantly barraging her, the poor girl soon became as pale as snow…

As for Zivon, he could be seen lying on his bed… But he wasn’t asleep. Instead, he had a terrifying expression on his face, one that was arguably darker than the night outside… Shaking his head, he then pulled his quilt over himself in an attempt to sleep… but shortly after, he removed it again and simply laid on his side…

In the end, he ended up tossing and turning throughout the night… And it was five the next morning when Zivon finally got out of bed.

Heading to the garden, Zivon expected to find Xavia hiding under the eaves… but it didn’t take long for him to realize that she had passed out under the bush! Her deathly pale skin was covered in rain, mud, and even leaves, showing just how fragile this woman truly was…!

Now extremely concerned, Zivon was prompted to walk up to her while calling out, “Xavia?”

No response. Fearing the worst, Zivon went on autopilot as he scooped her up before dashing straight into the house! While carrying her unconscious body, Zivon could feel just how cold her skin was. It was almost as though she had spent the entire night in a freezer…!

Regardless, Zivon soon got to the bathroom, and after filling the bathtub with warm water, he removed her freezing clothes before lowering her into the bathtub. Every once in a while, he’d check on her temperature again… and though her body eventually began warming up a little, her lips were still frighteningly pale. What’s more, she still hadn’t awoken! D*mn it all…!

He had merely wanted to punish her a little! How did that lead to all this?! In the end, Zivon was prompted to give Zayne a call… and the second the call connected, he was prompted to order, “Come to my mansion immediately, Zayne. The one located halfway up the hill.”
