Pregnant and Favored: See You in the Morning, Young Master novel Chapter 848

Due to Zivon’s constant ruthlessness, Jenna no longer felt the need to pretend to be gentle. Instead, she was now firmer and more determined than ever. The tense atmosphere was nothing short of fiery, and Zivon couldn’t help but glare at her. To think that the usually gentle and reserved Jenna would actually be so persistent with such a request.

Staring profoundly at her, he eventually replied in an icy tone, “…At least once? Haven’t we already slept together about four years ago? If I recall, you weren’t even intoxicated that night. With that said, does that experience not count?”

Upon hearing that, Jenna instantly froze. That moment four years ago…! Nervously digging her fingers into her palm, Jenna knew that he was referring to the time he had slept with Xavia! That wasn’t her at all!

Quickly attempting to calm herself down, Jenna then said, “…Y-you were intoxicated back then… It’s different. I want you to sleep with me while you’re sober.”

Sneering condescendingly, Zivon then scoffed, “Apologies, but I may not even be interested in you while I’m drunk now. Needless to say, the same applies to when I’m sober. Know when to stop, Jenna.”

After saying that, the prestigious man then began walking out, leaving Jenna stunned on the spot, her dignity in shambles. He… He wouldn’t even be interested in her while he was intoxicated…?! What kind of insult even was that?!

Unconvinced by his claim, Jenna then retorted in a powerful voice, “I refuse to believe that my figure is really that incomparable to Xavia’s! If you’re so sure, let’s have it tested! Get intoxicated, and if you’re truly not interested in me then, then we can have our divorce! If you fail, however, you can’t ever request for a divorce again! Deal?”

Her declaration echoed in Zivon’s mind, and the big man found himself pausing at the door.

While Jenna couldn’t imagine what Zivon was thinking of, she soon heard him reply, “Deal.”
