“Actually, that’s exactly what I’m asking you to do. You should know that if I go there, he’ll definitely inform Chace given their relationship. Following that, Chace will step in and get the house for me, making it seem that I can’t leave his side. Even worse is the fact that I’ll owe him a favor!” replied Bianca.
“Just so you know, I even considered getting a stranger to buy it for me, but after some thought, I knew it’d fail. After all, that house seems important to Ninth Young Master Burton, so he probably won’t sell it for any amount of money. With all that said… You’re pretty much the only option we’ve got,” added Bianca.
“…You didn’t just hire me for this, right…?”
“Of course, not! I only hired you since I thought you’d be suitable for my company after looking at your work. That aside, I’ve been compiling data about suitable houses for a few nights now. You can see the data I collected in the documents. With that said, I only made the decision to involve you in this last night!”
“Putting all that aside, you should know that I only chose that house because it best fits our criteria. If you’re unwilling, we could always settle for second-best, but I should warn that the other house is a little too old, and it’ll require some time to renovate. What’s more, the other place is also pretty far from the studio, requiring at least a daily two-hour drive!” added Bianca as she began showing Xavia pictures of the other set she had found.
True to Bianca’s words, the other house looked somewhat dilapidated, and the surrounding scenery wasn’t exactly beautiful either. That aside, Bianca didn’t appear to be lying as well… What a dilemma!
While she was serious when it came to working with Bianca, the fact that she had to get involved with Zivon again… What should she do…?
As she pondered on, Xavia suddenly thought of something brilliant. Fishing her phone out, she then explained, “I think Jenna should have the right to use any house that belongs to Zivon, so I’ll ask her first.”
The second the call connected, Xavia immediately asked, “Could you lend me access to the house in the southern suburbs that belongs to Young Master Burton?”
“…Have you gone insane, Xavia? Why would I ever help someone who used a rat to scare me at a banquet? In fact, you even threatened me back then! You should be happy that I haven’t looked for trouble with you!” growled the furious Jenna who had wanted to get rid of Xavia ever since that banquet!
However, she still hadn’t found a proper chance to do it. She, for one, knew that if she made one wrong move and provoked Xavia too much, there was a good chance that the angered girl would expose everything! It was the only reason why Jenna hadn’t made a move yet.
Shaking the thought off, Jenna then added, “Either way, let’s just stick to our own businesses! Don’t irritate me any further and stop showing up in front of Zivon!”
Just as Jenna was about to hang up, however, she heard Xavia say, “It’s exactly because I don’t want to see him that I’m asking you. The house is useful to me, and if you don’t help me, I’ll have to go to him instead.”
