Xavia approached the bed carefully and laid her daughter down. After that, she placed the quilt over her daughter.

As a result of playing for the whole day, Xavia fell asleep very quickly. As for taking a shower and other things, she would just get it done in the morning tomorrow.

About ten minutes later, Yulia’s unusually dark and bright eyes opened in the darkness, cunningly and vividly.

Yulia stretched out her small hand as she reached for Xavia’s cell phone. After she found it, she slowly took it from Xavia before sneaking out of bed. She walked into the bathroom, closed the door and called Zivon’s number.

Zivon was in a very bad mood. He was very irritated and he couldn’t sleep at all after coaxing Maison to sleep.

The image of Stefan and Xavia kept appearing in his mind. Damn it. What was he so concerned about?!

Ring ring~ Ring ring! The cell phone’s ringtone sounded.

Zivon picked up his phone and he saw that it was a phone call from Xavia. He raised his brows and swiped on the phone to answer the call.

As a result, a girl’s crying voice came from the phone. “Sob. Sob. Future Daddy, why didn’t you come to pick me up? I’ve been waiting for you all afternoon, looking forward to you, thinking of you and missing you…I’m really heartbroken right now. I feel so miserable. I really feel like crying. Sob. Sob…”

Zivon was speechless. He had been so busy for the whole day today that he had already completely forgotten about this matter. The main point was that last night, he didn’t promise her that he would be going to pick her up today.

But when he heard the sound of the little girl crying, he couldn’t help but feel a sense of guilt as though he had done a heinous thing.

“Don’t cry. Where is your mommy?”

He had already seen the information yesterday, so he already knew that her father died back then and her mother ran away. She had always been taken care of by Cara and Xavia, and she called Xavia her mommy.

When Yulia heard this, she continued crying even more miserably. “I’m already so sad that I’m about to cry myself to death, but you are still asking me about another woman. Sob. Sob. You are a bad man! A scumbag!”

Zivon was speechless once again. Little girls nowadays already know these words?

Zivon really didn’t know how to comfort people. So he said in an orderly manner, “Sorry. I’ll come and pick you up in the afternoon tomorrow.”

Yulia stopped crying and in the next second, she said, “No! I don’t believe you. That was what you promised me last night and I told my classmates about it. As a result, I got ridiculed by all of them in the afternoon and they threw stones at me. They called me the queen of all liars. Sob. Sob.”

Yulia began crying again when she thought about what had transpired.
