It was ten o’clock in the morning. When the doorbell rang, Xavia had finally got Yulia Lockhart to finish her breakfast after a hard time pleasing her.

“I’ll get the door.” Dolly got up from her seat and walked to the door. She peeked through the cat’s eye before she opened the door. Instantaneously, that girl started to behave dramatically.

“It’s Young Master Burton! Goodness! The Young Master Burton is here. I haven’t changed my clothes and put on my makeup! Oh no, I can’t meet Mr. Wonderful like this! Xavia, please wait for me. Three minutes is all I need!” Dolly said as she quickly rushed upstairs.

Xavia was speechless. This was not exactly a blind date. Was it even necessary for her to dress up? The person at the door was Zivon Burton, of all people? This was odd. Why would he drop by? Could it be he was here to return her cell phone?

“Yulia, get the door now and get Mommy’s phone from Uncle Burton. Just tell him that Mommy is not in and ask him to leave, okay?”

Yulia nodded and replied, “Okay, Mommy.” Then, she slid off from the dining table and ran to the door with her short legs in a thump.

Xavia quickly found herself a wall and hid behind it.

Crack! The door had opened.

Outside the door stood a big man and a little man. Both were aloof and ascetic; each emitted a strong aura.

The little girl said happily, “Uncle Burton and Big Brother Maison! Why are you two here?”

Maison Burton’s frozen face started to crack a little when he saw Little Bun. He explained, “I came here to meet Aunt.”

“Oh! Uncle Burton, you are also here to find my mommy?”

Zivon looked at the soft little girl. His heart was unusually soft as he grunted softly, “Where is she?”

Yulia looked in the direction of the dining room and said, “Mommy is behind the wall.” Immediately afterward, she continued, “She asked me to come and get her phone. She wants me to tell you that she is not in, and you can leave now.”

Ahem! What kind of stupid daughter was this! How could she just repeat all of her words?
