Matthew quickly walked over to examine Jenna.

Mrs. Lockhart and the others hurried over immediately. “Dr. Rudner, how is our Jenna doing?”

“Didn’t you say that she will wake up within the next two days? Isn’t it time for her to wake up now?”

“Why don’t you try another way? If it really does not work, you can just draw more blood from Xavia Lockhart. No matter what, you have to wake Jenna up as soon as possible.”

Anxious voices that were filled with concern… it was completely different from their attitude towards Xavia!

Matthew frowned unhappily.

He thought that what they said earlier had completely ruined his opinion of them, but their attitude now only made him realize what it meant to be truly biased.

Matthew looked at her coldly. “Leave. The patient needs a quiet environment to rest in.”

“We will go out now.”

Mrs. Lockhart quickly pulled Mr. Lockhart and Kevin out of the room.

The room fell into silence and everything finally settled down.

Matthew looked at the beautiful woman who was laying on the bed and did not continue with the treatment, but instead said, “Miss Lockhart, you felt very emotional when you heard that your husband and younger sister are together, right? You must be feeling very distressed, right?”

“To tell you the truth, Miss Xavia is very friendly, kind, and beautiful. Even though I'm an outsider, I feel sympathetic towards her and like her. Your husband, Zivon Burton, is getting along with her day and night, and the both of them are pretending to be husband and wife now. It might even be possible that Xavia is pregnant with his child.”

“The point is, you had better wake up soon so that you can take care of your own husband. Don’t let Xavia replace you and suffer all these grievances because of you. Also, as your family member, Xavia is not only being used by all of you but she is always blamed for no reason at all. She is really pitiful.”
