Xavia came up to Maison and whispered a few words in his ear. Maison’s face lit up immediately, and he looked very pleased.

“Okay! That’s great! I can see Aunt every day!”

“Mhm.” Xavia smiled gently, kissed her son on his forehead, and stood up. “Hurry up and eat.”

“No. I am a little gentleman. I will help Aunt to pack.”

The little brat said happily as he pulled Xavia upstairs.

“Daddy! Daddy! Aunt is back to pack her belongings! Come and help her.”

“!!!”

Xavia wanted to leave after packing her belongings quietly. Was this little brat trying to get her in trouble?!

She quickly covered his mouth. She was just about to say something when Zivon’s tall and slender figure came out of the study room.

His body was shrouded in darkness, and he had a cold aura around him. He was still so highly unreachable and unapproachable.

Xavia was embarrassed. “I do not have many things. I don’t need help.”

Zivon’s condescending and deep gaze fell upon her, and he said, “You’re overthinking it. I’m going back to my room to get something.”

After saying that, Zivon took a step forward and brushed past her.

He had an indifferent and arrogant look upon his face, carrying a strange sense of estrangement and alienation as if they were strangers.

Xavia somehow felt a pang of pain in her heart. After that, she felt relieved again.

To him, she was just temporarily acting as Jenna and in his eyes, she was nothing more than a plaything at most. As soon as his toy disappointed him, he would just throw it away.

So, how could he possibly treat her well?

Besides, he was Jenna’s husband, and the fact that he had forced Xavia to apologize to Fiona on the night of the banquet made her feel even more annoyed and hurt.

After clearing her thoughts, Xavia led Maison into the room as she packed her belongings.

Most of the things here belonged to Jenna, and there were very few things that she needed to take with her. It took her less than ten minutes to pack up everything.
