Upon seeing that Xavia was here again, Mrs. Lockhart looked clearly dissatisfied as she snapped, “Here again? Look, your task is to stay at Burton Villa, please Zivon, and play the perfect role of Mrs. Burton! Why are you coming over so frequently? Are you that keen on getting caught on camera? Also, where did you run off to for so long yesterday? I’m warning you, since you’re currently using Jenna’s identity, you’d better not ruin her reputation!”

Each of her words was sharp, serious, and mean. Truth be told, Xavia was surprised that Mrs. Lockhart was still able to find new reasons to scold her after all this time! Regardless, just as Xavia was about to retort, Stefan made his appearance.

Since she was part of the business world, it was only natural for her to know who Stefan was. Regardless, she quickly snapped out of it before adding, “A-anyway, I was… just joking around with Jenna earlier…! It’s just one of the scenes she’s practicing for! I-Isn’t that right, Jenna?”

The entire time she said this, she kept glancing at Xavia, though Xavia simply smiled subtly without saying a word.

With that, Stefan took the chance to say, “Either way, allow me to introduce myself, Mrs. Lockhart. I’m Xavia’s boyfriend, and I hope you excuse me for taking the liberty to pay my first visit here.”

While it sounded courteous on the surface, the truth was, Stefan was making it clear to Mrs. Lockhart just who Xavia was to him.

As expected, Mrs. Lockhart was so startled by the revelation that she was frozen for a good five seconds.
