Squinting slightly, Ian was just about to reply when Tiffany noticed her classmates nearby and said, “Regardless, go take her home already. I know how much you hate such events, so leave while you can before my friends drag you in with them.”
Watching as his beloved wife blended into the crowd like some socialite, Ian couldn’t help but sigh. Even though she was still as beautiful as she was on the day that he realized he had fallen for her, it was saddening to know that she was slowly growing further apart from him… Perhaps it really was time to let her go…
After thinking about it for the longest time, he eventually shook his head with a tired sigh before bringing Tiffany home. On their way back, he was reminded of how they had racked their brains together to think of Luna’s name… Oh, if only they could return to those simpler times…
Either way, it was shortly after they had returned when Xavia ran up to Ian and asked, “Wait, where’s Tiffany? Did you two seriously get a divorce?!”
She had only learned about this from her parents earlier since she had been so busy taking care of Yulia and the kids, so she was rightfully anxious.
Following a sigh, Ian told Luna to go play with the other kids before replying, “I never wanted it, and though we’re still together right now, it seems that she really wants the divorce to happen…”
Upon hearing that, Xavia replied, “…Well, as long as one party still wants the marriage to work, then a chance will always exist. I know how much she loves you, so you must have just really disappointed her recently… I’m sure it’ll be fine once you slowly start warming up to her again.”
If she and Zivon could recover so many times before, then Ian and Tiffany could surely achieve the same!
Pursing his lips, Ian replied, “…But what exactly am I supposed to do?”
Smiling in response, Xavia then patiently began explaining all the ways he could show his love and care to his beloved… and by the time she was done, Ian couldn’t help but frown as he asked, “…Don’t I do all that to you?”
