Breathing a sigh of relief, Nathan then said, “That’s good to hear… That aside, you may leave now, Miss Beck. Mrs. Burton and I can take it from here. Oh, and speaking of which, be sure to tell your lab members that Young Master Burton will learn the truth of the situation soon. You know, just so that they won’t think about doing anything out of line…”

It was evident that he was talking about her, so after forcing a smile, Rhea nodded before turning to leave… However, just as she was about to turn into another hallway, she bumped into Xavia.

Since Xavia looked like she was in a hurry, Rhea couldn’t help but ask, “…What’s wrong, Mrs. Burton?”

Knowing that Rhea had eyes for Zivon, Xavia simply ignored her and headed straight to Nathan’s side while asking, “H-how’s Von looking, Mr. Miller?”

“Worry not, his surgery is going smoothly.”

“Thank God… T-that aside, the babies have suddenly fallen sick, and they’ve been crying non-stop… With that said, I may not be able to stay for long, so please take care of him for me till I return…”
