Continuing to smirk as he watched Zivon walk off, it was only once he was no longer in sight when Liam scoffed, “Well? Show’s over, so head back to bed, everyone!”

Nodding in response, everyone then began leaving… But before the final butler could follow the rest, he felt Liam’s hand on his shoulder.

“Make sure to send me a copy of tonight’s living room footage…” said the hateful man who was still smiling villainously. He was going to enjoy rewatching that scene over and over again…!

Moving back to Zivon, he was still making a mad dash toward Xavia. After all, though he didn’t want her to learn about his plans at the start, he hadn’t anticipated that Liam would send those photos to her! The main reason why he hadn’t told her about it at the start was so that she wouldn’t get stressed enough to affect the children… Now that things had come to this, however, it was probably better to just explain things to her!

Thankfully, he caught up to her in time before she was able to close her car’s door. After taking a deep breath, he was just about to tell her the truth when she suddenly asked, “Does it hurt too badly…? Clearing her throat, Jenna, who was sitting beside the driver, then said, “…So… After she received those photos and misunderstood you, I took the chance to explain what was really happening since I didn’t want her mood to affect the babies… Though all was well after that, she woke up in the middle of the night and decided on her own to do all this…”

“That pretty much sums it up. I’m assuming that smirking man was the person who wanted to hurt you? Don’t worry, I’ll cooperate with you to take him down! It’s just an idea for now, but I think that we should just continue pretending that we’re on the verge of a divorce. That way, he’ll lose interest in me, and you can do whatever it takes to handle him.”

“To let his guard down even more, I think I should pretend to be interested in other men as well. I don’t think that would be too odd since I still have amnesia. If all goes well, then he’ll lose any reason to hurt me…” added Xavia.
