Looking at the woman in his arms, Zivon couldn’t help but sigh helplessly. Why did she have to force herself to drink when she clearly knew that she couldn’t handle her alcohol…? Shaking his head, he simply replied, “Don’t worry, she just gets this way when she’s happy… I’ll go bring her back to her room first.”

“I see… Well, run along then. Be sure to call us if you need anything,” muttered Yasmin who was slightly embarrassed by her daughter’s poor alcohol tolerance.

Nodding in response, Zivon then carried Xavia upstairs… and to his surprise, the kids were quick to run over to him while saying, “Daddy? Since Mommy’s all drunk tonight and you can’t make babies with her… Could we sleep with you two?”

“Yeah! We really missed you two…”

“…Is it alright if I say no?” replied Zivon, prompting the kids to exchange glances before sighing as they walked off… They really were being treated like third wheels, huh?

Either way, after the kids were gone, Zivon removed Xavia’s shoes before gently placing her on the bed. After staring at her for a bit, he was prompted to say, “Passing out right after confessing your love to me, hmm…? You little weasel…”

Grinning adorably in response, she then hugged his arm like a tiny kitten, leaving Zivon helpless once more. Was his wife seriously this bad with her alcohol…?

Gently kissing her forehead, Zivon replied, “Sleep while you can… I’ll be having my revenge in the morning…”

To his surprise, however, she simply burrowed her face against his chest while saying, “Mm… It’s getting a bit warm in here…”
