…‘Xavia’ had a point! He’d surely be made a laughingstock if he complied with Jenna’s wishes! What’s more, there was also a chance that he’d piss off Young Master Burton! With that in mind, he quickly began trying to get Xavia off while yelling, “U-unhand her…! You’re a death row prisoner, so we have no issue with shooting a bit earlier! Let go of her, I say!”

Alas, no matter what he did, Xavia simply wouldn’t let go! The guards didn’t really dare to open fire either, so they ended up having to continue beating her up while trying to yank her off. Since they thought that she was the sinful Jenna, they didn’t hold back with their attacks.

Jenna herself hadn’t stopped attempting to get Xavia off her… yet even after several minutes of excruciating pain had passed, Xavia’s grip on Jenna didn’t soften at all. After all, letting go would mean death, and her only chance of survival was by clinging to Jenna!

The guards had honestly never seen someone so stubborn, and in the end, one of them was prompted to say, “If you continue hurting her, we won’t be able to answer to Young Master Burton! So please let her go before we’re forced to shoot!”

“Right away!” declared one of the guards as he ran toward a nearby pager and reported, “Warden! Jenna’s gone mental and she’s currently hurting Xavia! We’ve tried all we could to pry her off to no avail! Do we have permission to shoot?”
