“You have such a sweet little mouth. What do you feel like eating? It’s my treat.”
“Anything! I like everything that Uncle Burton treats me with!”
Zivon smiled and he picked Yulia up before walking towards the hospital’s food area.
Xavia looked perplexed.
That was her child!
Did he obtain her consent?
Ugh, another headache!
She quickly ran up to them.
The Military Association Hospital was very big. Since the people who came here were all wealthy, there were restaurants selling everything ranging from Western food to Chinese food, and everything was super luxurious.
It didn’t seem like a hospital at all. It seemed more like a high-end restaurant.
Zivon chose Western food. He took Yulia into the private room and he ordered some dishes in a very elegant manner.
He raised his eyes and his eyes gently swept over Xavia.
“What do you like to eat?”
“Ahh? I’m not hungry. Not hungry.” Xavia inexplicably didn’t dare to look him in the eye. Besides that, she didn’t understand why he was still in contact with her when he was about to get married to her elder sister.
She looked at Yulia.
“Yulia, don’t eat too much. You have another checkup coming up in a while, so we have to hurry up and go back.”
“But Mommy, there is no checkup in the afternoon.”
“Um…there is today! The doctor gave me a last-minute notice about it.” Xavia casually came up with a reason. She was definitely not going to mention the fact that she was making it up.
Yulia replied with an ‘oh’ and didn’t ask any more questions.
It was Zivon’s sharp and dangerous deep eyes which swept over her body.
It seemed as though he could see right through her intentions.
Very soon, the dishes were served.
Xavia heaved a sigh of relief. She felt slightly guilty as she pushed the food over to them so that they could eat. She didn’t dare to look at Zivon at all from the beginning to the end.
However, his seat was directly opposite her, and she could see him from the corner of her eye wherever she looked.
He had a very indifferent expression on his face under the rays of light from the afternoon sun, and his posture was very noble and cold. His movements were not hurried, but it was very elegant and charming.
Even though she had seen many aristocrats, nobles and rich men on the television and even in real life, Xavia felt that there was no one else like Zivon who could have such elegant and noble movements that seemed like a work of art and was simply impeccable, even when he was just eating.
