Pregnant and Favored: See You in the Morning, Young Master novel Chapter 1477

Following another sigh, Harold said, “You young people really have too much energy… On one hand, you’re too busy getting worried about telling him about something from the past… And on the other hand, the boy is busy sulking since he has too little patience. To me, at least, all this drama is for nothing. Just picture how things went for me and your grandmother and you’ll be able to see just how blissful you two currently are.”

His words reminded Xavia of just how difficult it had been for her to reconcile with Zivon back then. She truly wanted to cherish him now, but… At the same time, she was worried that she’d lose him forever if she told him the truth now.

Since she wasn’t saying anything, Harold added, “I don’t really know what’s bothering you so much, but I believe you should just give him the whole story. He’s not really completely at fault since there shouldn’t be any secrets between lovers, you know? Knowing that boy, he’s probably extremely anxious to learn the truth. With that said, even if I do help you calm him down this time, the fact remains that your secret exists.”

“The longer you keep it hidden, the larger the time bomb will become. I should remind you that plenty of people are probably keeping an eye on you two from the shadows. With that in mind, it wouldn’t be a stretch to say that they may try separating you two once they learn of your current conflict with him. Last but not least, if you’re still hiding things from him at this point, don’t you think that that’ll affect how much he trusts you from here on out?”

This left Xavia momentarily stunned. True enough, she had been so worried about losing him that she hadn’t even considered how angry he currently was! In fact, she hadn’t even cleared up the fact that she wasn’t thinking about other men! Also, as Harold had said, Sophia had used everything she knew about their situation against her back then…

It took her a while, but Xavia eventually muttered, “…But what if he gets so furious that he refuses to forgive me, Teacher…?”

“Choosing to tell the truth is a sign of positive character growth, so if he still attempts to look for trouble after that, I’ll make sure to beat some sense into him!”

Unable to hold back a chuckle, Xavia replied, “Are you seriously going to beat up a middle-aged man? Jokes aside, thank you, Teacher… Simply talking to you made me feel much better…”

“Then what are you waiting for? Every second is priceless for the sake of your beloved, so hurry over to his side already!”
