Her train of thought was only cut short when the professor, who had noticed her staring at them, finally said, “Thanks for lending this to me. I’ll return it after I’m done with it. Also, good day, Mrs. Burton.”

Nearly choking when she heard how he had addressed her, the embarrassed woman was quick to reply, “G-good day to you too!”

Nodding politely in response, the elderly professor then said, “Congratulations on getting such a beautiful and outstanding girlfriend, Teacher! That aside, I really need to return to the team now, so you two enjoy yourselves.”

Grunting in response, Zivon then waited for the man to leave before explaining, “They’ve simply gotten used to calling me that. Don’t think too much into it.”

Following that, he headed to the bathroom. Was that man seriously unaware that they were calling him that because they saw him as a senior…? That aside, they weren’t even married yet! Why would he call her Mrs. Burton?! Still, knowing full well how terribly she was at saying things, she ultimately chose not to say a thing about it.

It was shortly after when Xavia recalled Dolly’s request. Though she couldn’t take pictures of him outside, she could do so in the bathroom, right? After all, all bathrooms were generic! With that in mind, she quickly entered the restroom as well… and once she was by his side, she cleared her throat and muttered, “…Um… Washing your hands, huh… Did you get them dirty from conducting experiments or something?”

Raising a slight brow as he sanitized his hands, Zivon replied, “Not really. I just talked to them for a bit. It’s just a habit for me to clean my hands every time I return from outside.”
